Where we deliver

We deliver Australia-wide from our warehouses in South East Queensland and Sydney. Because saunas travel as large freight items, delivery is quoted per order based on your postcode and the model you choose.

What arrives

Your sauna arrives as a panelised kit on a pallet: pre-built wall, floor, ceiling and bench panels, the glass door, your heater and all fixings. Kerbside delivery is standard — have a second person on hand to help move panels to the installation spot.

Installation

Two people can assemble most of our saunas in an afternoon with basic tools — the panels clip and screw together in sequence, and full instructions are included.

Important: traditional sauna heaters (3–6kW) must be connected by a licensed electrician. Plan for this before assembly day.

Site preparation

  • Indoor models: any level, hard floor with adequate ceiling height and room ventilation.
  • Outdoor models: a level concrete slab, pavers or a suitably rated deck. Check with your local council about small freestanding structures — most fall under exempt development, but rules vary by state.
