Warranty Policy
Commercial Use: The warranty for our products is void if they are used in a commercial setting. Our products are designed for residential use only.Wear and Tear: General wear and tear, minor blemishes, and marks due to the timber nature of our products, whether from delivery or over time, are not covered under this warranty.
Covered Defects: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:
- Cabin: Major functional issues such as structural integrity and significant warping or cracking of the timber.
- Lights: Defects in the sauna lighting system.
- Bluetooth Speakers: Defects in the Bluetooth speaker system.
- Heater: Defects in the sauna heater, including heating elements and controls
- Improper installation or assembly.
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorised personnel.
- Environmental factors such as weather, humidity, and temperature variations.
Return Policy
At Steam Saunas Australia, we prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. To assist you, we have outlined our return policy below.
Return Eligibility Window
- Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Returned Products
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased during a clearance sale.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@steamsaunas.com.au. Provide your invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.Receive Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
Ship the Product Back: Pack the item securely and arrange shipping back to the address provided. Clearly mark the Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the case of defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for the return and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you without additional cost.
