Warranty Registration & Claims
Thanks — we’ve received your submission.
One more step: send your photos. Our form can’t carry attachments, so email them to us with your order number in the subject line and we’ll match them to your submission.
Register your sauna after installation, or lodge a warranty claim. Both take about five minutes.
Registering is recommended, but it is not a condition of your warranty.
You can still make a claim if you never registered — proof of purchase is what we actually need. Registering simply means the installation details, electrician’s certificate and base photos are already on file, so a claim years from now is quick instead of a scramble.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply whether or not you register.
Register your sauna
Best done within 90 days of delivery, once your electrician has connected the heater.

Make a warranty claim
Tell us what’s happened and we’ll assess it. Send what you have — if something on this list is missing, lodge the claim anyway and we’ll work out the rest with you.
Freight or delivery damage is different. Visible damage from delivery must be reported within 24 hours of the sauna arriving, with photos of the packaging and the damaged part. If that’s what has happened, email info@steamsaunas.com.au straight away rather than using this form.
Now send your photos. Email them to info@steamsaunas.com.au with your order number in the subject line. Photos are the fastest way to get a claim assessed — most claims we cannot resolve quickly are ones where we are still waiting on pictures.
- Proof of purchaseYour invoice or order confirmation.
- The whole saunaOne wide shot showing the full cabin and the ground it sits on.
- The fault, close up — two or three anglesInclude something for scale if it is a crack, gap or mark.
- The base, with a level on itEspecially for anything involving the door, gaps, twisting or moisture.
- Your oiling evidenceReceipt for the oil, and before-and-after photos if you have them. Timber claims only.
- Heater stones and compliance plateHeater claims only. Lift the lid and photograph the stones in place.
- Certificate of electrical safetyAnything electrical — heater, controls, lighting.
- A short videoIf the fault comes and goes, or makes a noise, video tells us far more than a photo.
What happens next. We will acknowledge your claim, tell you if we need anything further, and then let you know in writing whether the claim is accepted and what remedy we will provide. Please do not arrange repairs, parts or contractors before we have approved them — unapproved costs may not be reimbursed.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights. The full terms are in our Warranty and Returns Policy.
